I have 11 episodes left to watch lol now that it’s finished I’ll get going. No spoilers but did you like the finale OP?

Yes! IMLTHO it's overall more satisfying, emotionally and narratively, than the season 6 finale.

Because there were only 13 episodes some storylines remain unsolved though which is a bit annoying.

This episode is [Spoiler (click to open)]delicious so far. It feels different, more intense. It's a bummer that the writers had this in them and didn't make the full season like this. Maybe if they new they'd get renewed last year they could have done Odin then, ended with Sherlock's death, and had this season start where this finale started...and made it a full Moriarty season.

Anyway, I feel like they missed the mark in the first half of the season, which is disappointing. But the second half has been good and I'm going to miss the show so much. I hope the writers know that any ending where Joan and Sherlock aren't with each other and working together is a bad ending.

If we were given a goddamn full season of [spoilers]
Moriarty, I'd be elated.

I Agree the first half was so dull I just waited for the summation of whodunnit and why.

I liked the last episode (7x12), but I ended up disappointed because [Spoiler (click to open)] I had REALLY hoped they'd surprise us and have Moriarty come out of nowhere and take care of Reichenbach for messing with Sherlock and Joan, especially now that she was able to reclaim her throne after Morland's death. When it didn't happen, I figured they couldn't get Natalie back. So with the post-episode reveal that she's back for the final episode, I'm even more upset that they didn't go that route lmfao. The way they did it, even though I know it's an important moment in the Sherlock Holmes mythos, was really anti-climactic imo.
