The main characters are supposed to be ghosts, the logo even features a traditional depiction of a ghost, and the best they could come up with is just humans with a faint blue tint? It got canned because they knew it was going to flop.

Oh lol it doesn't actually say those are the ghosts but those look like Melissa Mcarthy and Seth Rogen characters so IDK. I mean, knowing Dreamworks I wouldn't be surprised if those WERE ghosts.
