I thought Maya's acting in Stranger Things was good and I really enjoyed her, so I definitely think she's not exactly the same as some other nepotism kids who have no talent or charisma at all and still get roles (looking at Clint Eastwood's son).

That being said, yeah... I mean, her mom was totally Quentin's type, right? I can see how that might have influenced his decision for her. But that being said, while it's of course not totally fair, I think if the child of a famous person proves that they have talent, then I don't mind them being successful. It's only annoying when they constantly act like their relations (and the very privileged lifestyle that came with them) was irrelevant.
