I mean.. that 2018 movie was beyond boring. Don't really see the point of two more

It was just really predictable and there wasn't anything suspenseful about it. Also, they made the victims dumber than what I usually expect of those in horror movies.

I honestly felt I wasted a lot of my time in a very boring version of Halloween.

This will probably be it in terms of Carpenter/Curtis involvement at least.

Look, I fucking love these movies and I welcome any new additions. But wtf was the point of not making them siblings if they're just going to keep up with Michael vs Laurie? I loooove JLC but she doesn't need to come back.

But whatever, I'll be there on both opening days lol

This. There's absolutely no motive for him to have stalked her to the point he was killing her friends in the very first film if they aren't related.

The 2018 movie even showed him not giving a fuck about her at all. The only reason he showed up to her house was because the doctor drove him there.

The one from last year wasn't memorable for me. Hell, Rob Zombie's two movies were more memorable.

Halloween 2018 was so boring and forgettable. The ending was such an obvious setup for a sequel, it made the movie kind of a waste of time.
