yes, she probably has swordfighting lessons (she's literally always pictured with a sword these days and she's nerdy/cool/rich enough to do this as a hobby and workout), stretches, hikes, and does the sensory deprivation tank (I love them) and sleeps with a humidifer. Her studio is probably outfitted with red lights which she jokes about being an IR sauna. She's probably with Hana a lot and they drink tea. The numbers vitamins and scientific data shit are jokes.
