Ugh, I wish this was more shocking, but I think we all kinda figured that some weird shit went down with Jett's death. I feel so bad for kids who get sucked into this. I wonder if things would really change in a huge way if their tax-exempt status was revoked.

Ugh. My sister just broke up with a scientologist because he got too far 'up the bridge' and was told that she either needs to convert or end the relationship. He's moved to LA to fully immerse himself in the cult. Really sad :(

He was recruited into it. He was an easy target for them - he was like 20 when they approached him, had just been abandoned by his family, just dropped out of college. It wasn't a problem early in their relationship but he got more and more involved and it started impacting the ability to do anything else. She wanted to get a house, he doesn't want to spend more than a few hundred a month in rent because so much of his money goes to the cult

I'm still shocked Leah went on Jada's show and apologized for previously calling the Smith's out for their Scientology connection. The entire episode was Leah kissing Jada's ass. Super weird :/

honestly red table talk creeps me out...the concept is cool and there have been some good discussions. but the whole vibe is jada being like "wow i'm so humble, down to earth and spiritually gifted" and the guests desperately trying to win her approval lol

Honestly the first one is just kind of sad, he was in an ambulance so it's not like they chose to do that instead of getting him medical help.

Yeah John reportedly administered CPR while they waited for help- the 'Bring Back to Life' ritual is equivalent to placing a cross between a loved ones hands and begging God to heal them imo :(
