Scooby and Shaggy would be great friends with Ron Weasley.

They had a kinda fire Scooby Doo reboot a few years back, Mystery Inc.

I never liked Scooby Doo, but I REALLY didn't like it when Scrappy Doo showed up.

The only guest appearance from the original cartoon that I can remember is The Mamas and The Papas. I want to say the Harlem Globetrotters were in one, too. They remain my favorite basketball team.

Only Cass Elliot was in an episode, not the full Mamas and the Papas.

The Harlem Globetrotters were in three episodes.

Batman and Robin, Sonny & Cher, the Addams Family, Speed Buggy, Josie and the Pussycats, Don Knotts, Don Adams, Jeannie, Jerry Reed, Tim Conway, Jonathan Winters, Davy Jones, Phyllis Diller, Sandy Duncan, the Three Stooges, Laurel and Hardy, and Dick van Dyke also appeared.
