Sources tell Variety that Paulson will not have a significant role in the FX anthology series’ upcoming ninth season, which is titled “American Horror Story: 1984

I know people are upset but she deserves a break. Playing the roles she did must take a lot out of her and to do it constantly over years is a lot. Just like Evan choosing to sit out this season. We always talk about 'burn out' but people dont think of that when it comes to actors on shows they like.

It also must get boring or feel stagnant doing the same type of work over and over, granted the story lines change it’s still very overlapping.

Yea they made it like the coven came back last season but tbh not really I was disappointed i hated last season and how it focused on cody

ive been dissapointed since season 1 lbr but roanoke was a whole haunted house ride ill never forget. I think the perfect way to go in is expecting nothing cause I was loving it.
