My body loves routine, so I know exactly when to eat, how much to eat, and how much time I have till the next time I get hungry. The only problem is that my actual schedule doesn’t care about that at all :/

Same. I only listen to my body. Due to circumstances, thank goodness that I'm able to survive on rice (oughtve bought black rice lol) and/or noodles and riced broccoli/cauliflower affordable. That's my only meal a day. So that's my reality
