i'm honestly a little baffled that mila's homophobic comments didn't come into play at all here, and how no one even told captain sandy what she said. even more weird is captain sandy said on WWHL that she wouldn't have fired mila just for those comments... which is pretty surprising given sandy has recently become open about being gay!
