OMG awkward!

I walked in on my parents once and then walked right the hell back out. It was a nightmare for all involved.

But! When I was in high school I was at a friend's house one weekend, we were outside in the backyard and I went inside the house to go the bathroom. Only my friend's dad was home at the time, her mom was gone somewhere. Anyway, I walk upstairs to the bathroom and it was in the hall right next to her parents' bedroom. The parents' bedroom door was open, and beyond that their bathroom door was open. I couldn't see inside the bathroom but I heard her dad having phone sex!!!! I was mortified and ran right back outside without using to the bathroom. I never told my friend any of this.

We had family friends who had an open door policy and were VERY loud.

I slept over once. At 12. Never again. Only time I’ve ever seen my father and grandfather ropable. (I didn’t tell them as I was traumatised. We knew each other through sport. When someone said that I’d slept over one of the other people laughed and said ‘did they leave the door open’ I got asked and welled up. Both of them had to be pulled off.
