Chris Pratt is facing backlash after stating in his Instagram post announcing his second marriage to Katherine Schwarzenegger the "best day of his life".
Fans were quick to point out that the message comes off as a slap in the face to both his ex-wife, Anna Faris, and his own 6-year-old Jack.
“I love Chris Pratt,” a disappointed fan wrote. “But this upsets me a little ... to say that this is the best day of your life when you’ve been married before and had children. What about those days? It just kinda implies that those things weren’t just as important, even if times have changed.”
“It is the best day of his life until the next time he gets married,” snarked another commenter.
The couple wed at San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California over the weekend. They reportedly got together in June 2018, and were engaged by January.
