god, I hate this movie. And my brothers absolutely love it, which makes me hate it even more.

I honestly haven't seen it in probably 20 years but I loved it back in the day

I also loved a lot of Kevin Spacey movies but you get over these things easily enough.

I never watched this. As a kid I wasn't really allowed to even tho my mom loved (heavy on the past tense lol) mel Gibson but she said it was too violent for me

Then I tried to sneak watch it on TV and it was a scene where I guess he was a kid and was having a nightmare about a dead kid opening his eyes? Idk. But the fear stayed with me well into adulthood lol

I've never actually seen the whole thing and I don't think I'll bother. I actually haven't seen Passion of the Christ either; I tried it for like 10 minutes and the high frame rate drove me insane, lol.

There was that great joke on Barry this season where he tried to steal the famous monologue from this in acting class and Gene totally called him out on it. "You plagiarized Mel Gibson?? I'm Jewish! What the FUCK, Barry?!"
