She still has him. She's been getting along with Jenelle lately though because mtv fired David and cannot film at their house. He won't let them or leave for them to film (I also believe he's refusing to allow their daughter to be filmed too. I could be wrong) So Jenelle and Barbara have been playing nice, so Jenelle can have screen time.

They've been trying to get Kaiser out of there for awhile. I hope it's permanent.

Thank god. It’s just sad that only one kid can get taken out because they all need to be.

Hopefully this can be Janelle’s wake up call to leave but I doubt it since she seems to hate Kaiser herself

Completely agree. I feel like the kids lose no matter what but i honestly can see the kids being killed if they stay with her

These people are on TV with the Spotlight on them all the time, and it still took this long. And even so, most of the time they give the kids back to their unfit parents, and worse happens. I am thinking of the Hart kids and sweet Maleah, and how the system is a fucking joke.

I think that a lot of the time, they’re afraid to punish an innocent person and don’t do everything they can, and while I think that’s a good idea in principle for most criminal justice issues, in these kinds of cases, it unfortunately comes at the price of way too many (really one is too many) children’s innocence and/or lives. Our system puts parents rights to keep their kids above a child’s right to a healthy life.

And not to diminish the tragedies, because they are too frequent and often preventable, but in most places the necessary services are way underfunded.

All that being said, nothing can make up for what way too many kids go through.
