I always find it interesting to see the way foreigners look and talk about Brasil. But I didn't really like this one from him.

most of the infrastructure people are seeing were from the former administration, and most people see it as duterte's efforts, especially when the secretary for public works is plastering his name all over the infrastructures "they built" lol

Bolsonaro is so fucking terrible he makes Duterte looks like a capable president that isn't all that bad. And yes, I know Duterte is an authoritarian piece of shit that has no redeeming quality but yeah, Bolsonaro is still even worse.
