Luckily I spent my first month in Canada with locals, so I saw the holder (?) both empty and with milk bags. The amount of times I made a shit cut that poured my milk everywhere but where wanted though ...

Yes, I drink cow/coconut/oat milk, maybe a liter per month, and only when part of something (hot cacao, pancakes, porridge).

Haha the bonus of switching to non dairy milk is that I have not seen those shitty bags in awhile.

Also HUGE shocker to non Canadians..you can still buy a carton. You don't need to buy the bags if you don't want to. 🙊🙊They were great for buying in bulk though

Seriously Canada? We’re drowning in plastic waste as is. Ban that shit!

Bagged milk is less wasteful than jugs and cartons

The world out there truly is a strange place.

There's no real justifiable reason why milk shouldn't come in bags over a carton, and yet I still hate it.

ditto for BC, or at least Metro Vancouver. I really think it's an Ontario thing for the most part, that's the only place I've ever actually seen it in stores or in someone's house.
