Ignoring the fact that 'Avengers Endgame' will destroy the box office with $100M+ this weekend, let's look at the new released this weekend.

Updating this post as The Wrap legit updated as I submitted this - actually, the thriller 'The Intruder' topped the Thursday box office, taking in $865,000 in 2,200 theaters, and is expected to make around $9M (on a $8M budget).

The critically-acclaimed comedy 'Long Shot' came in second place, making $660,000 in 2500 screens, and is expected to make around $9M-14M this weekend.

The random animated feature 'UglyDolls' came in a distant third, bringing in $300,000 from 2,250 screens, and is projected to make in the low teens this weekend (probs around $13-$14M, on a, yikes, $45m budget).
