Joey’s vocals were wonderful and he was definitely under appreciated and underutilized. It was nice to see he got some spotlight to showcase it on the Masked Singer. His energy is great and you can read that genuiness that he was having fun.

I think so, too. I loved Joey's voice back in the day. I can't believe it took so much time to figure out he was The Rabbit. The voice is very distinctive.

not nsync but i remember years and years ago watching like the american music awards or something with friends, and everyone sounded hooooorrrrrrriiiiiibbbbllllllee so we assumed there was a sound issue. but then bsb and new kids on the block came out for a big reunion and nailed vocals and choreo. we 90s kids didn't appreciate what we had

This was why I could never get into the new generation of boy bands. I was brought up on ones who could serve maximum energy while still sounding amazing live, and the new ones just never seemed to have that energy.
