It doesn't help that the new writers they get seem to be somehow worse than their current ones. Like the person who wrote the anthology episode this season was new, and it really showed.

I haven’t been following much Riverdale news but I know Ashleigh is gonna be on the spin-off. But since the spinoff takes place in the future will she be on both shows or just the Katy Keene show?

Ugh. Of course. I would like her to do both cos I like Josie/Archie (even tho they’re gonna break up) and I’m not holding my breath that they’re gonna utilize her any better on the spinoff. I think I’m just so over liking so many characters and them only giving storylines to the core 4. They have such a good cast and they’re wasting them.

How did they deal with Luke Perry's character after his sudden death?

They haven’t dealt with it yet, he was in the episode before last so he might still be in the later half of the season depending on how much he shot before he died. I HOPE they do it respectfully. It’s hard seeing him on screen knowing he’s gone 😥

3x19 was the last episode he filmed before passing away. He's also going to be in 3x18. So basically the first two episodes when they come back, and then he'll be absent in the last three of the season.
