The last book I read with time travel was the first fifteen lives of Harry August. I really enjoyed it, the plot was pretty interesting.

i loved the timetraveler's wife when i first read it but as i got older i was like "damn henry and clare were kind of assholes"

yeah that book is kind of fucked up but it's such an enjoyable read?? like honestly one of my favorite books. ugh

same. and the whole "grooming your wife from childhood" angle is pretty gross in retrospect.

I never finished it because of this, I didn't find it romantic in the least. I'm kind of surprised it hasn't been called out more for that now that people are much more openly concerned with grooming.
