[Spoiler (click to open)]He was tired of being ignored at home (in the previous episodes we see him staying at a friend's house and the Gallaghers not noticing til he was gone for 2 days) so he asked his friend's grandma if he could live with them. But he told Debbie he'd come back if he got his own room which might happen now that Fiona's gone.
