Makes me sad that coming back into the public eye, and talking about how far she's come, is what caused her to relapse. :(

I think a lot of people who have recovered from trauma or addiction or mental illness feel a need to share their story publicly (whether because of external pressure, or out of a desire to help others), but that all too often it just harms the survivor. Especially with social media, where you can obsessively monitor posts for likes, or replies, or whatever. For celebs it's that times like a million.

I'm not saying no one should ever share their story, but it's risky. I hope she gets better soon. <3

I don't think it helps either that when you're in the public eye like that, a lot of the people who might act as your support system are also part of your business life. It's a conflict of interest because they need you up and working
