Because proceeds from the tour doesn't impact his bottom line at all. It'll be cut from merch sales or a percentage owed to his management/promoter or added to the ticketprice. He's in it for his own personal paycheck.

Yea that’s what’s supposed to happen but rarely does with this kind of situation. It’ll never impact the people who it wouldn’t have an effect on to do without.

They also don’t specific how much of a percent so it’ll likely be a couple grand at each stop.
