ABC News has confirmed Chicago police are "eager to speak to Jussie Smollett again urgently.” Police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi would not comment on whether Smollett is still being considered a "victim" in the investigation.
TMZ reports that the Nigerian brothers' Lawyer says that her Clients Have Key Evidence.
TMZ asked their lawyer flat out if the "attack" was staged, and she answered, saying there were moving parts and she didn't want to speculate.
