I got opening night tickets to the touring company of “Hamilton” in March!!!!!! I’m so excited. I may try to get in the lottery too for other days.

Ahh, that's awesome! Even if you've listened to the OBC 100x, seeing it live is a whole different thing. Have a great time. :D

I’m seeing the Hamilton tour for the second time in April (this time with my parents). Got even better seats this time around so I’m excited.

Also seeing Moulin Rouge in July. It’s one of my favorite movies of all time. My friend went to the previews in Boston and raved about it, so I am optimistic! Plus that cast 😍

The theatre scene is one of the main draws for me for moving to NYC but the weather is a real drawback. I wish I could see all these shows. 😭

IKR? If it weren't for the weather, I would seriously consider moving to NYC.

I wish I could see them all, too. But it's cool you get to see Moulin Rouge!!

I AM SO JEALOUS! I have absolutely zero way of seeing this. I'm hoping that either (a) they film it for release later (please, please, please!!!) or (b) someone takes a decent bootleg copy of it!

I managed to get someone I know with a Public Theater membership to get us tickets to White Noise. They only had partial view available but I'm not going to turn down a $40 ticket when the show's otherwise sold out. Suzan-Lori Parks and I graduated from the same small college so I've always wanted to support her work and I'm happy to finally get the chance to.

I saw True West which I enjoyed, I think you have to be tolerant of some over the top theater acting but I still came out net positive. Network I was more mixed on, but I think I'm a little over Bryan Cranston doing Bryan Cranston schtick and also a bit sick of some of Ivo von Hove's regular tricks. I am curious to see what von Hove's going to do with West Side Story though.

We also got the $40 partial view tickets for White Noise, hopefully the view isn't too miserable.

Not gonna get a chance to see True West or Network, but I have heard so many mixed to negative reviews of the latter! I really think people are getting tired of von Hove's gimmicks.

My friend just saw All About Eve today and she did not enjoy it. She said she was disappointed in Van Hove's direction and Lily James' acting did not work on stage.

I'm seeing the West End production of Company with Patti Lupone in a few weeks and I could not be more excited! I don't get to see shows in London often and this production looks like it will be right up my alley + I love Patti Lupone!

I have tickets for A Little Night Music and Book of Mormon later this year, and I'll probably end up seeing Bridges of Madison County and Lazarus as well.

I also see lots of opera, ballet, and other theatre but I don't usually plan ahead.

As for theatre I've seen recently, I saw a really disappointing production of Porgy and Bess last month and I'm pretty sure this production will be part of the Met's season next year. I'll be curious to see how it is received over there since it got really mixed reviews here.

Aww man, that's a shame. The production photos they released looked odd; what a waste of two talented actresses. :(

So jealous that you get to see Company with Patti, I love her!
