Syfy has renewed The Magicians for a 5th season consisting of another 13 episodes.
Season 4 premieres tomorrow night.

Yessss I really enjoy this show. I wish I could get the whole season out at once. I hate waiting for the next wk.

YAS! Finally SYFY doesn't cancel something I love. I cant wait for the new season but can barely remember what happened in the finale. I'm guessing we are getting a dark gay storyline.

I liked this until they had Eliot the only gay character in the group marry a woman and forbid him from having sex with anybody but her. Also the lead guy and the blonde are ANNOYING as hell. I can't believe Syfy cancelled Dark Matter but gave this 5 seasons.

I stopped at the episode where Eliot taught the new world people how to farm. I don't remember what episode it was.

it really gets a lot better in the 2nd season IMO. i know that's a lot to commit to but there's some good stuff in there the further along they go.

I just rewatched the mosaic episode and god it’s so good. The one montage wasn’t enough. I wish they would have explored more of it.

there's a few plot threads I hope they'll revisit at some point, but that's definitely one of them. especially knowing they remember it feels like something that should have a big impact on them.
