• Spotify is currently testing out the feature in its latest iOS update.
• The feature lets you block an artist entirely so that none of their songs play from a library, a playlist, chart list, or even Spotify’s radio station.
• Last year Spotify was pressured to remove songs from “controversial” artists (read: total scumbags) like R. Kelly and xxxtentacion on their service. They never did, so this new feature seems designed for users to make their own choices on which artist they don’t want to support.
