Why is Carmen Sandiego?

I used to love the PC games. Where In Time is Carmen Sandiego was the best. I'm not American so the Declaration of Independence level where you had to put the different parts in order annoyed me for weeks.

yessss Great Chase Through Time was def. the best Carmen Sandiego PC game. I think the Inca level took me the longest since some of the puzzles were more math-y lmao

Omg the one with counting out corn kernels? I really struggled and my sister was so much better at maths but I knew that if I let her solve the puzzle, she'd kick me off the computer and play it instead. So I struggled alone.
