I'm staying in tomorrow, but can I brag about the birthday party I threw for my husband last night? I made two punches, including a gin-mezcal-muddled raspberry and lemon punch that was amazing (A Touch of Evil). I also made sweet potato black bean chili, baked mac and cheese, homemade hummus with homemade baked pita chips, and spinach dip and veggies, plus cookies for dessert. I went full Martha Stewart (at least by my standards, haha).

It ended up being a blast. Everyone got just the right amount of drunk.

I'm exhausted af today though.

There's a snow storm warning for NYE here so probably nothing. Drunk drivers + shitty roads ensures a not great night for being out late. I'm not looking to start 2019 dead.
