lmao the netflix meta scene was easily the best part. I got two different end credit scenes and was too tired to continue it can get repetitive lol

I'm watching it right now. I love how seamless it is when you make a choice, though a lot of them aren't really consequential choices. And of course I chose the Thompson Twins.

It's a little boring, though, and I'm not invested enough. I don't know if I'll go back to previous junctions to make different choices.

i have seen every possible ending variant bar one because i [Spoiler (click to open)]foolishly decided to spare colin rather than just kill him like i wanted and then it ended.

the most narratively satisfying one is [Spoiler (click to open)] him finishing the game, it becoming a hit only to be yanked from shelves because they find his dad's severed head aznd then colin's child rebooting it for netflix, only to start getting sucked in and smashing the computer

i did enjoy [Spoiler (click to open)] the mini ending review if you choose stefan to jump rather than colin because it's the most charlie brooker sounding thing. "it's just creepy and sad and dark and frustrating..."

[Spoiler (click to open)]the way i got to that was showing the glyph sign on his computer, making him kill his dad and chop up the body.

I hve changed my mind though, i think the one where he goes back and dies with his mum is most satisfying. there's an after-credit scene with him on the bus and he is putting in the red bandersnatch tape into his walkman and a screeching dialling modem sound kinda showing you no longer hacve control over his life? after having to go back like ten times, having choice taken away from you entirely is a blessing

yeah that's the ending that just stopped the options completely for me, I did love the one where he got away with it tho. both were on par with classic black mirror imo
