the episode where William died made me cry so much more than the episode where jack died

The one where William died I cried 7 times, the last time for 15 minutes straight, full open mouth ugly sobbing. They built up so much with Jack dying, and the way they did it was unexpected, but it's hard for the reality to live up to the hype. They didn't hype William, but he was so beautifully played, so that made it worse.

Oh, I can imagine! I mean, I personally recommend it because it was beautifully animated and the seiyuu were absolutely fantastic but it's also incredibly sad and brutal so yeah, one has to be ready for the ride ;;;;;

I was just debating if I wanted to comment to mention that or not. Even though I read the manga and knew how it ended, seeing it animated/hearing it was a million times more heartbreaking.

Re: The Americans, I legit gasped when they showed Paige outside the train and then seeing the realization dawn on Elizabeth and Phillip was killer.

One of the best (and one of my favorite) scenes of the series imo.

god that show was everything. I watched the whole series after it ended so I didn't have to wait. The ending was killer.

It was a perfect finale for a perfect show. I legit gasped too at Paige on the train platform. It was shocking on the surface but made total sense.

Oh god, Blackish made me so sad this year. I know they wrote it that way because Tracee Eliss Ross was fighting for more money from the network (which she totally deserves) and they weren't sure if she was coming back the next season. So glad that she got that $$$

And Momma Tammye is pure and amazing.
