Also I work with a lot of teenagers and I've witnessed black kids giving their non-black friends a pass for saying the n-word. Very much like this Chris Rock video. But as a South Asian person, I feel like it's not my place to step in and tell my black students what they can or cannot do when it comes to the n-word. Am I doing the right thing by not getting involved?
