I have thought Michael Weatherly was shit for reasons I couldn't pinpoint for years, but I am still sorry to be right.

He dated Jessica Alba when she was 18 and he was a 31 year old divorcé with a kid which is probably why you had a creepy feeling about him.

And they were leads on a show together with their romance developing on set, so it always creeped me out. It felt very much like an older man manipulating a young actress into a relationship.

My talent representatives spoke to Caron about my firing months later. Caron defended Weatherly, explaining he had simply exhibited “frat” behavior and added, “What does [Eliza] expect, she was in Maxim.”
