Yesssss, finally some Widows love. ♥ And FINALLY, Ben Foster! I feel like he always gets ignored in stuff (Hell of High Water, The Messenger) and it drives me nuts. He was great in Leave No Trace.

Also, Richard E. Grant finding out live on air (on Fresh Air) that he was nominated for a SAG Award was the cutest thing I've heard in ages. If I can't have Steven Yeun then I'm totally rooting for him.

from what i've seen everyone loves that it's a throwback 80s feel and is more like the original cartoons, so prob based on nostalgia (also helps that michael bay didn't direct it)

Probably because it’s not being directed by Michael Bay.

The Favourite is my favorite film this year, truly iconic. Greek King Yorgos ain’t let me down. The standouts were Rachel and Emma tbh and they should’ve been the ones pushed for awards (Emma in lead, Rachel in supporting).

These aren’t that bad tbh.
