not only does it make perfect sense, this has been a standard clause in bargaining agreements ever since crispin glover successfully sued universal studios and director and producers of back to the future for using his likeness in the sequel without permission and compensation which in return lead to the widespread changes in the industry. i'm surprised that somebody in this day and age would be so stupid and careless to even attempt this thinking there would be no legal ramifications. get that settlement tara!

I guess she had to wait until they were finished the series so she could make sure she'd make money from them and THEN sue them for using her likeness lol

If anyone should sue it's the sharks whose image is being continuously tarnished by movies perpetuating the misconception that they are bad.
