In addition to writing an essay where she admitted that she lied about having "inside information" proving her friend Murray Miller was innocent, Lena guest edited this month's Women in Entertainment issue of the Hollywood Reporter and gave a speech at their Women in Entertainment event.
Lena decided to bring Aurora Perrineau's mother onstage with her.
She described the defense she made as her greatest regret but also her "greatest moment of evolution and education".
Lena said she learned about the ways her own heart and mind were colonized by patriarchy.
