Actually...a seedy lawyer could probably argue they're trying to coerce a false accusation out of Katy if I'm reading this right. Which would not only end Keshas case but probably give Dr. Luke a case against her. I think he's already suing her, isn't he?

I think Kesha's case is over already anyway. This whole thing is about Luke's defamation suit against Kesha. He's trying to argue that he lost tens of millions of dollars because of her allegations.

the way they talk about someone who they apparently think is a rape survivor here is fucked up, acting like she's weak for not coming forward.

katy also doesn't come off well in her deposition though, she clearly believes luke and is pissed at the thought this has screwed up her sales.

And she is pissed cuz if she says she wasn’t raped then it’s gonna look like Kesha was lying but at the same time she cannot lie about being raped by Luke if she wasn’t?

definitely and that is fair enough, but other things come out throughout the deposition that aren't just about her being pissed about being brought into it, but rather are outright supportive of luke.
