Has the public seen or heard from Kevin Spacey since he got fired? Is he in hiding or? I am just wondering what all these outed predators do with themselves now that people know what pieces of shit they are?

He's one of the only ones affected by the me too movement to actually remain cancelled. Probably because he tried to use his fauxpology to come out

I also can’t help but wonder if people are more horrified by a man sexually assualting men than women?

I'm sure that's a part of it. Because men's pain > women's always

Unless she steps out of the screen to get Trump impeached because it turns out he defrauded all his cronies out of the thing they love most - money, I don't know I can take any joy from watching this. Truth stranger than fiction etc.

Clare is a monster. So was frank. I’m not here for her getting away with it all. Him either. I live every fucking day with a corrupt PoS in office getting away with it, I don’t find the idea relaxing to watch as a drama.

And the widow ending up president makes no sense to me.

She was Vice President when Frank resigned ?? Why wouldn’t she be President? Unless you mean her going from First Lady to President over the course of the show makes no sense then yes ia lol.

Yeah her arch makes no sense. I know we have to suspend believe a lot with not only the show but several, but it’s just so unbelievable to me.

Yeah, I feel the same way. The tv that I watch is pure escapism fluff: 90 Day Fiance, Married at First Sight, etc.

I'm not in the mood to watch an evil autocrat connive her way through the US government.

I used to LIVE for the early seasons of this show, I stanned Claire HARD. I hated Frank. Now I won't watch the series at all. Kevin Spacey is disgusting.

I'm still on the fence about watching this season, though - the writing in the last two seasons weren't super great and the acting/melodramatic scenes were akin to watching two retirees with their last IMDb credits from the 70s struggle their way through a Rhinebeck, NY regional theater experimental American political take on "Miss Julie"... they were super phoning it in, lol. This trailer seems to have taken that vibe and run with it.
