I tend to always use Fitnessblender, but I feel a bit uninspired at the moment and switch it up with Shelly Dose or something else, but I need some new ones up my rotation. I was looking at Liv Lo's FitSphere but I fucking hate yoga with a passion so I dunno.
I just wanna lean out more around the stomach area. I tend to pack on muscle in my legs, shoulders and arms real easily, but I want more definition around the midsection. So if anyone has any suggestions, hit me up
a lot of studios will give you unlimited free classes if you do a work exchange with them. like at my yoga/pilates studio i get free classes so long as i wash their blankets once a month and keep the water coolers replaced.
