heartbreaking. i have a friend who finally got pregnant after years of trying, with TWINS nonetheless, and miscarried in her second trimester. i can't imagine. i hope carrie's pregnancy continues to go well and that she has a healthy baby.

I never talked about this on here, but I found out I was pregnant in late June and miscarried at the end of July. We had been told a week prior that the pregnancy wasn’t viable so it was expected (and I’m old so it wasn’t a shock in general) but I was till hoping a little that the doctor was wrong. It was obviously hard emotionally, but it was also probably the worst pain I’ve ever felt. I can’t even fathom going through what Carrie did and keep trying.
