Yep, a lot of them are VOD for sure, especially the ones that aren't in the post. I don't consistently check for that bc it's too time consuming, but I note it if I notice that it is.

I'm also going to see A Simple Favor tonight! Idk about White Boy Rick, though, the reviews are pretty shitty.

i know the reviews are kind of all over the place, but most have said matt's really good and that's enough for me (plus now that i have amc a-list i got a lot of tickets to spare each week)

i hope a simple favor is good, the reviews have been super great so far (someone called it a long 'gossip girl' episode which just made me more excited to see this lmao)

I wish they would stop doing Ian McEwan adaptations, his novels just never translate well onto screen (with the possible exception of Enduring Love). That said, I rather enjoyed The Children Act, if only because McEwan actually wrote the screenplay (and Queen Thompson ofc)

You didn't like Atonement? I was surprised it worked as well as it did considering how much of it was inner monologuing. But yeah, I haven't heard of any other good McEwan adaptations.

Ugh not at all, lol. It's actually my least favourite McEwan novel overall, but the film just made it seem that much worse. Aesthetically it was very lovely and all, but I think it was too drippy and largely missed the point of the novel (and KK was just so wrong for Cecilia).

super super stoked for mandy and i think we're alone now
i wouldn't mind a decent borden movie but i really dislike kristin stewart as an actress. i get that a lot of people go gaga for her but i find her so uncharismatic.

If slice doesn't get too gory, I could definitely enjoy it.

Watched mama Mia today, young pierce was kinda cute.
