i wonder why The Little stranger isn't on fantasy movie league as a choice to put in our cineplex?

i'm still trying to figure out what to fill up my spots with. CRA is too expensive, i think i'm gonna bank on oscar isaac's movie doing well + searching

It's weird to me that they don't give more options each week. I picked CRA despite its hefty price tag, but yeah, also hoping Searching does well bc I have it in a few slots. Filled the rest up with cheap stuff.

i think CRA is gonna be #1 again this week, i can't imagine any of these new releases overtaking it!

i'm hoping that with searching expanding to more theaters it'll translate well to ticket sales!

Blood Fest looks like it could be fun when drunk... maybe...

I spent last weekend with my grandma and we had to find movies we could both enjoy so i stepped outside my normal viewing a little and saw The Queen of Katwe and To All The Boys I've Loved Before. They were both really good. The Katwe credits were so good, I was crying, and All the boys was supremely cute.

I'm looking forward to Border, which should open here by Halloween. It's a social realism meets magical realism drama about an unattractive female customs officer who's actually a troll raised as a human and has a sixth sense about guilty people. lol.

I need to catch up on movies. I was out of town for 2 weeks and didn’t watch anything new while I was gone so I feel really behind.

I did see The Miseducation of Cameron Post on Monday. It was surprisingly good. I thought the last half of the book was meh, so I was worried because that’s all the movie is, but it was done well. Ehle remains iconic.
