I only know about five or six of these songs, but that's on me. OP, great post and great idea! And totally agree with Gimme More.

RS' list was such a mess, this one is already better.

this is such a nice review of songs i liked when they came out but completely forgot about them

i know this might be #controversial but crap father time catches up with all of us like beyonce looks much older (i mean dooh thats how aging works) but i never wouldve realized just how much until seeing these earlier comparison pics
also idk her face shape is different? idk idk

Beyoncé as an example of Father Time catching up with someone??? She’s 22 in that gif and she’s about to turn 37 in a couple of weeks. There’s legit almost a generation in between then and now.

For me, she had moments of looking old because of MU and styling. There were times when it was really bad when she was in DC. Whenever I look at the covers of the best of collections albums, I'm shocked at how old she was made to look sometimes. And even now there are times when I think that she looks older than she is because of MU and styling.
I think the shape change could be due to pregnancy, rather than aging.
