I don't know how she was on the finale because i got bored with OB and stopped watching it on S2, but even if i think she is an amazing actress i don't think she is the best one from the nominees and she already has one.

And honestly for me the best ballots were the last ones lol, the first ones were messy, GoT because it's the best show? in what world?

Voted for "Blackish" as Best Comedy because for them it's the only comedy that actually makes

I lowkey agree. I’m tired of half hour premium dramedies being 80% of every comedic category. And I say that as a person who watches almost every single one of them. They win the voters over because they are considered more high brow and critically acclaimed even though they are not consistently comedic. Shows like Transparent, Girls and Atlanta should be given a different category and the comedic one should be saved for actual sitcoms

I do believe there should be a dramedy category because more and more shows are being a mix of both than straight out comedy or drama , the examples you said plus OITNB, Barry, Scrubs was one, JtV, etc.

Okay, what is Handmaid's Tale about? All my social media friends post about it but it just seems like another GOT fad. People get super into it until it's overexposed. I heard it was torture porn.

Based on having never watched it or read it, it's about Future America where most women have lost the ability to have children (I think because of environmental factors, but I'm not sure), so the few women that still can are kidnapped, given to rich men and their infertile wives, renamed as a sign of that possession (like Offred belongs to a man named Fred), and then raped over and over again until they get pregnant and bear their children! Those women are the Handmaids. I think like a second civil war happened and the winners instituted a military totalitarian government that controls everything and hates anyone who's not a straight, white, cis male.
