I'm sorry, he gets 55k a month! That is more than most people make in a damn year. Why is he asking for more money? Even if we just look at just 20k a month (because the 35k is supposed to be just for the boys. Which...do they need that much? I hope most of that is being put in funds.) Anyway, 20k a month is 240,000 a year. He does not need more than that to take care of the two children he has with her. I get the feeling he wants her to take care of all his children.

He feels entitled to more money, simply because she's making more money now than she did in 2008

She's let him have 240k a year for the last 10 years to do whatever with and he's some how still claiming to be broke and have no savings...........which would not surprise me if it's true, he probably got comfortable and forgot that one day the gravy train would end.

35k for school, 20k for the kids. child support is supposed to bridge the gap between the standard of living that a kid would have at one parents house vs the others. her paying so much isnt surprising for that reason, but him trying to demand such a huge jump when her lifestyle hasn't changed despite income difference is what makes no sense.
