Awkward exchange between Neil Patrick Harris and Rachel Bloom
Rachel Bloom served as a backstage host for the Tonys again this year. Neil Patrick Harris, who watched from home, apparently had no idea who she was. Instead of texting one of his many friends in the theater world (or using Google), he asked Twitter-accompanied by a criticism he claimed was from his son.
Who is the woman in the top hat backstage at @TheTonyAwards? Gideon remarked that she says ‘like’ and ‘oh my god’ a lot. I’m confused...

I’m a big fan of yours. We’ve met numerous times and my husband, Dan Gregor, wrote for “How I Met Your Mother” for 5 years. Notably, he wrote the episode where your character finally meets his father.
