He's going to get a raise but not the 60k he wants. Since it's based on income not network, she makes around 15 mill a year according to the docs tmz prints every year, her vegas show ended and she's only doing a small tour.

Except she confirmed she's going back to Vegas in 2019, so I'm sure she's projected to make an additional $40-$50m per year she's in Vegas. They'll look at that, too. =/
