Side note: I was at an In N Out in Thousand Oaks the other day and this girl looked EXACTLY like America in Ugly Betty (same glasses, clothes minus poncho, braces, etc) except slightly thinner. I had to do a serious double take.

Love the ladies of Criminal Minds, Brooklyn 99 and The Good Place.

I especially like Paget Brewster. She's funny, smart, does other stuff I like (Another Period, live comedy shows with PFT), and is over the age of 40 (almost 50, in fact). I'm glad she's so popular.
