American viewers were given their first opportunity to cast votes on this season of American Idol this week to determine six of the spots in the top ten and it turns out that the viewing base is just like it was

a guy went to a baseball game with his little daughter and someone got killed (i forget the details). but the cops seriously thought he had done it. but curb your enthusiasm had been filming that day during the dodgers game and they got footage of the man and his daughter walking to their seats while the murder was taking place. it was wild. it's on netflix but i forget what the documentary is called.

Kind of obvious on American Idol that black people, Latinos, and LGBTQ people do much better when professionals judge them than when America chooses.
