my heart dropped reading this, what the FUCK. She has every right to call them out and then some. I feel terrible for her, that she has to relive this while users may have picked the option to hurt her themselves. Snapchat owes her a BETTER apology and the ad maker should give her or give the proceeds from the ad to a women's shelter.
